I think it is funny to see rich people lose money.
I think there is some comforting rough justice in seeing these people who think they can fleece the money from people left right and centre finding themselves loosing money soo fast and with no control over it.

How does that work? Don't you mean uninformed money? Your 'rich people' will be raking it in as always, but certain shareholders just sitting with a cup of tea will get hit.

Hmmm, yes, The properly rich will ride this out. It'll be a blip to them, like all the other blips.

The over borrowed will suffer, rightly or wrongly. The middle classes will suffer, perhaps irrevocably, and the "working man" is about to get buttfked on a monumental scale, but yeah apart from that its really funny.

No, but the Dow was down on Friday, futures down and then Aus/NZ down 3-4% today too.

Were you expecting it to rocket up due to the bailout on Friday putting everything back to normal?

Doubtless you'll be laughing all the way to the bank - where your savings will have disappeared.
