Do not judge everyone by you own standards. This is a genuine case involving a severe injury with permanent physical disfigurement and disability. No "slip & trip" involved here. I have been given legal advice but want to check a couple of points before responding. Before there are any more constructive comments, yes I know I've put a typo in the heading. It should of course be "lurking."
