Why not ?

Its features will include automatic transmission, parking and navigation aids and a jack for changing tyres without getting grease on your chador

My car already has parking and navigation aids, many cars here have automatic transmision, and a jack that helps me keep clean does not sound like a bad idea.

But I thought chador was a kind of thick seafood soup wink

So long as it costs 2p it'll be fine. That way when after 3 days they decide "I dont like it I wont drive it again" but can provide no actual reason why. You dont have to have a fight about the depreciation. You cna just go "Yes dear fine theres another 2p off you trot".

As a result, the report concludes, Iran's new generation of working women "are obliged to play the role of a superwoman to resolve their contradictions in handling all tasks."

It says such women "have become increasingly frustrated with their life".

Patented 1944, not exactly new. I'm sure some Daimlers or Lanchesters had these.

Look - it's going to be built in Iran.

It will never turn up. Have to be the tardiest nationality I've ever had the displeasure to meet.

SUREL NO WOMEN (at least in the UK) would use the JACK.

Personally if I was an RAC or AA driver called out to some bint with a flat and a working jack and spare I'd tell them how to use it the F*ck off. Lazy F8ckers. My wife is shown how to use heres.

Why would you wait 45+ mins for some Dude in a van to do it for you when it could be done in ten mins.

I know quite a few blokes who won't change a wheel. Why do it yourself when you can get "a ittle man" (does anyone else think that's very insulting?) to do it is their philosphy.

I was sat at work one day and our rugby playing apprentice wandered in to tell me he'd got a puncture and couldn't undo the wheelnuts.

I called him a wuss, went out, put the wrench thingy on a nut, lifted, so the whole of the back end of his fiesta was off the ground and shook it up and down. Still no nut movement. Now I know that some women are good at getting nuts to move but in this case very few would have any joy.

The only time I'd consider not changing a wheel would be if I was on the hard shoulder of the motorway and it was facing the trafic.

Something similar happened to me and three mates in a Datsun Sunny in the pouring rain on the motorway coming back from a Spurs V Man City FA Cup Semi Final @ Hillsborough about a hundred years ago.

It was late, dark, the rain was lashing down. Lorries were screaming past us as we struggled to get the nuts loose. None of us could. So, the driver went off to find the motorway 'phone to call for help.

As he got back a police car pulled up and two coppers got out to help. They too struggled with the tyre wrench to no avail. By that time we were all soaked through. One of the policeman, who was as stumped as the rest of us, went to get his torch to see what the problem was.

As he shone the light on the wheel it became obvious.

We'd forgotten to remove the moulded wheel hub and were trying to undo the moulded nut covers!

Me an my friends fell about laughing. The policeman just dropped the wheel brace and the two of them, dripping wet turned and headed back to their vehicle. As they walked away, one turned back towards us and ,shaking his head muttered,

"You dozy s!"

They then left us to change the wheel.

smile

The semi final was the one where Franny Lee handled the ball into the net for their equaliser. He later described it as "A handy header". The bd.

I can see why some people struggle, why try and undo a nut the hard way? turn the wrench so that it is facing to the right and stand on the bloody thing, use your body weight
