Germany has humour, just different from ours. I reckon it is probably because German doesn't seem to lend itself to word puns very well...

Germans tend to have a pretty good sense of humour IME.

I don't think any other Nation in the world quite has the British sense of humour though..

Ironically enough the Germans are probably one of our best export markets for British comedy products. The Germans love British humour.

Apparently they laugh most at people getting hurt, eg when someone falls off a pavement or walks into a lamp-post.

Actually I laugh at those things too...

I'm sure our resident huns will be along shortly to correct me.

Of all the countries in the world, I found that the germans are most similar to us in sense of priorities and humour smile (e.g spending all day drinking beer laugh)

Erm.... schadenfreude? Taking pleasure in the misfortune of others. Can't help thinking it's not unique to the germans, else the vast majority of women's trashy mags, the Sun, Mirror et al wouldn't exist, nor would the current obsession with fly-on-the-wall "documentaries" and endless "Jungle Island Brother X Factor Out Of Here Big Scheisse" programs.
