A man is walking down the high street when suddenly a nearby wall collapses burying him in the rubble. It's ten minutes before another passer-by - a smartly dressed man - happens to wander past.
"Christ! Are you okay mate?" he cries.
"Has anyone called an ambulance?"
"Uh, no" comes the agonised reply.
"Right. Has anyone called the police?" asks the passerby
"No" moans the injured man.
"Okay... has the compensation board at the council been informed?"
By now the injured man is groggily angry, "Look you are the first person here!"
The Smart dressed man thinks for a minute. "All right then" he says, shifting some rubble. "Move over, then"

Why was it important that he was smartly dressed?

...Right? So what happens next? Is this a scenario? Has this happened? What?

Besides, I'm quite certain the injured bloke will spit truth when some sucker well-off enough to be "well dressed" chimes in on someones legitimate misfortune to make a pretty penny.

Okay I admit it.
I did not want to place this under the Sean Connery repost topic.

So here goes another stealth joke.

An elderly man walks into a brothel and tells the madam he would like a really young girl for the night. The old steamer gives him a puzzled look and asks the fellah how old he is.
"Why," the man says "I am 98 years old"
"98!" the madam exclaims. "Don't you realise you've had it?"
"Oh" he says, "How much do I owe you, then?"
