you want to find the postcode of a house that doesn't exist? biggrin

Most postcodes cover either the whole street or one side (odd/even). If it is a long street there may be a postcode every 50 or so houses. Basically if you can find the postcode for a house/building next to it chances are it will be the same.

google the address, normally it then comes up on some sort of planning application document/or recent sales listing with at least part of the postcode.

streetmap.co.uk, if you locate the place, there is an option to "Click here to convert/measure coordinates" and that new page gives the postcode.
