If you don't want to click back month by month, look at the address bar, there's a section that corresponds to the number of days back you go. Change it to a multiple of 30, roughly close to when you started.

Members directory.
Look up your own name.
View "Forums" tab.

It says something like "topics in the last30 days" then last 30-60 days, etc. then you can use that shortcut I mentioned before.
