As in young dogs, not mammaries. Sorry. rolleyes

We've got a 12 week old, is it OK to give her a bone? Or should we wait until she's older and just give her artificial bones or other chew toys?

She loves pigs ears but can eat one in about half an hour!

absolutely

I wouldn't, we are still reluctant to feed our big 6 month black Lab bones just yet.

Bit young, I'd say...

Anyway, being unfaithful to the sheep is bad form...

I wouldn't be giving them pigs ears at the moment, whilst they have their milk teeth I think that's a bit risky (but them I am cautious with these sorts of things).

I'd stick with artificial bones if I were you. Real bones have a tendancy to split and can cause serious internal injuries.
