P&P is full of dreary dreary old toss lately.

I have "credit crunch media fatigue" - anything more about this global financial meltdown and I won't be interested. No more.

So where's the fun in the P&P? Nothing interesting since the Nazi bunker. What happened to the cartoon creator thread? Why did nobody do any?

Why isn't there a stupid thread for playing with MSpaint? Why isn't there a comedy photoshop thread?

If I went to a pub that made me laugh this much, I'd go to another pub.

We should have a "OMG Credit Crunch were all fooked" forum and a "Lets moan about whatever the Government/Mr Brown etc etc has done now" forum and let P&P be the happy place it once was!

Is your gaff still haunted by the ghost of your washing machine?

Is that still allowed?

P&P is like a sarcastic version of the news.

I can get that on Channel 4.

I heard that it was Muslim Terrorists that were causing the credit crunch!

We've got a new washing machine now.

But somehow, it still feels too much like the old one.

The lights are still flickering, but I'm not looking.

I think it requires some very modern poetry to liven it up a bit.

Something like...................................................

The FTSE crashed upon my head
I'm dead

The end - so now let's have a larf Ho Ho Ho Merrrrrrryyy Christmas

I'm not at work, but I'm too lazy to go and get the Sky + remote from the other chair, so I'm having to watch Alan Carr's Celebrity Ding Dong instead of last night's Never Mind The Buzzcocks.

If...only...I....could....reach...the...remote.

You see, that's what I'm talking about!

This is the humour we've been missing.
