As far as I'm aware....although this knowledge is donkeys years old...its legal to possess magic mushrooms as long as they aren't dried out. Theres a field near me that has them (or at least used to have them) by the thousand and thousand. Great stuff, wouln't touch it again though. No chance.

There is an odd legal loop-hole, and 'shrooms are for sale in some markets. But, for donkey's sake, don't go picking unless you really know what you're doing...
