I have a 3 bedroom duplex flat which I would like to sell so I can get things going again as the cash flow has be suffering over the last 6-4 months .
I seriously detest agents and I'm wondering where can I place advert taht would reach a high number of home buyers ?
I have tried Find a property/rightmove but it seems only agents can advertise on the site

Any ideas ?

The property is situated in London

I just searched 'Advertise property for sale privately' and got about a dozen results.

I thought of that but something that was valued at 650k in 2006 would probably not even get a 2nd look in LOOT

Just an open question: are private sellers allowed to advertise on places like primelocation and rightmove?

Isn't there a company that will "front" for you on rightmove, for only a nominal fee?

Make up some bullst, yet entertaining, story about the flat to get some editorial. It was where Kate Moss fisrt met Pete Doherty, or where B-list celeb X first shagged z-list big brother hopeful Y. Get small article in Metro or some st gossip mag about your flat and that it is for sale with a contact email.

Put a sodding great for sale board outside with an email/phone number

agents fees would probably be less than a libel case.

Why not? it's probably worth about 30 quid now.

Someone has been watchin the news today , I think the prices are roughly at the 2006-7 rate now . even if they fall another 10% I should still get a return on it

Its in Battersea
