Errr, most of them!! What flavour do you like?
Dunno rally..anything interestin really...History, science.But NOT art.

V+A and Geological in the same area too - if you go to the Natural History, have a look at the actual building, it is fantastic both inside and out(It was funded by the Great Exhibition profits, just like the Dome did in our era....) Not a museum but the London Aquarium is very good, right next to the Eye.
Apart from the Science and Nat Hist Museums you also have:-
The Victoria and Albert
The museum of London
Transport museum
Museum of Cinematography
Went to one I didn't know about today and that was the V&A museum of Childhood in Bethnal Green. I'm not that old, but to see toys that I used to own in a museum made me feel it.

I found the London Fire Brigade Museum was interesting when I went. It is currently under threat of closure so may not be around for too much longer.
Winchester House

London
SE1 0EG
Telephone: +44 (0)20 7587 2894
Fax: +44 (0)20 7587 2878
It is by appointment only Mon-Fri
By road: Turn left out of station down Marshallsea Road. At the end turn left and directly in front is the museum.
"One of the area's lesser known attractions, the LFBM tells the history of firefighting since 1666. See old fire appliances and other equipment, and there's a chance of seeing recruits in training at the adjacent centre.
The museum is housed in the former residence of Captain Sir Eyre Massey Shaw, Superintendent of the Metropolitan Fire Brigade.
It was the Fire Brigade HQ until 1937 when George V opened the new building on Albert Embankment, at the other end of SE1. London's fire HQ moved back to Southwark in 2007 when new offices opened on Union Street."
