Internal Memo said:

The Socialist workers Party are intending to protest again in the City on Friday, 17th October, around Bank Junction. The City of London Police plan to have a visible presence in and around the area.
The protest will begin around 4pm and is currently scheduled to run for approximately 2 hours. We expect the demo to follow a similar pattern as last time, with approximately 200 demonstrators gathering at Bank and marching around the immediate area.
