I've tried racking my brain; I've picked my friends brains; I've even tried Google.... but I cannot find the answer to the question - There was a kids TV show from waaaaay back, which was a sort of junior Krypton Factor/Wacky Races, and everyone jumped into the pool at the end to a cry from the referee of 'Away you go!'..

I'm hoping the PH hive-mind will work as it usually does, and put an end to my misery - the question is what was the program called and what was the name of the bloke who was in charge of the whistle?
