Clinical Negligence. Could anyone recommend...

Earlier this year, my mother-in-law had an operation which did not go as well as could be hoped.

Obviously consent forms were signed prior to the op, but what happened went clearly beyond (in my muggle opinion) the expected risks and could be described as a comedy of errors.

My In Laws are keen to get some specialist legal advice.

Can anyone recommend any firms in the Manchester area to either go to for specialist medical-malpractice work...or is there any firm to avoid like the plague.

I have done the usual t'internet searches, but would value any personal experiences from teh PH Massive.

personal exp and also have a couple of clients who have used them.

they are honest and excellent. if they think you have a strong case they will say so. medical negligence is their expertise....

Not in the Manchester area but from my personal experience I would very highly recommend these people

I can't remember the name we dealt (don't want to ask the wife, who would know, as it would bring up to many bad memories) but I know they were brilliant - even down to talking to us 2 years later, on the phone, about another matter at no cost.
