I'd like to think I'm quite a normal person but I have (over the last couple of years) on occasion seen strange shadows which I can only describe as 'people' walking around my house.

They are not clear defined bodies - but definite shadows. They come and go at odd times, here sometime and not others. They don't either bother me or scare me. However I was startled momentarily the other evening having seen something in our living room and mentioned this to my wife and at the time she had no opinion either way. She mentioned my 'sighting' to my daughters nanny and her friend today and they both also claim to have seen something in the house, but both believe they are friendly and not a problem.

Doesn't scare me and I'd be happy sitting in the living room at 3am in the morning unable to sleep with only the TV on for company and total darkness all around me.

Just to say, I live in a 70's house, it is very rural and we have no close neighbours to cast shadows. I'm not a great believer either way but this is a bit odd if three people have had similar experiences.

That would scare the bejesus out of me. My grandad told me he saw a monk like figure at the bottom of my stairs when I was about 12 and it freaked me out for atleast 5 years. Good luck.

Something that gets me actually if when I am just sitting watching TV and both my cats bolt up right then stare into a corner intently. No idea what they are looking at but they do it in such co-ordination it really gets me.

Funny this thread being started, a workmate nearly st out the kray twins this morning. We were in work at 6 am, and having put the heating on, he was underneath the metal stairs to the mezzanine floor. as the metal started to warm up, it went ping, he took off like usain bolt! Did i laugh, he called me all sorts of silly b%ggers, said it sounded like someone walking down the stairs, silly sod!rofl

I have one of these in my lounge

On more than one occasion I have walked into the lounge at night and thought that we were being robbed by a massive great bloke. I don't have any strange visions like you though.
