Absolutely useless!

Always having problems, every time i call i have to wait in a que for 15 mins.

When you do eventually get though, end up speaking to a plank of wood who doesn't even know what a blackberry is?

Gosh! anyone else want to share there rant problems

Regards

Never had a problem with Vodafone, i actually had a nice conversation with one of them the other day when i upgraded my phone! I renegotiated my contract to a lower tariff, got the phone i wanted at a good price, and i didnt wait more than 2 minutes in a queue for the privelige.

I've always had impeccable service from them, I always get through to a human, in the UK, within a few minutes.

02 are garbage on customer service, we had 4 £35 contracts with them for over 5 years. We only put up with the bad customer service because they rolled over on whatever handset we wanted. This year they obviously didn't want the business anymore, T-mobile are our new provider.

I've been with Vodafone, (with a short spell of Cellnet/O2 for a little while), for about 17 years.

I find them excellent overall. Never had any issue with them and always find them very helpful whether face to face or on the phone.

I also currently have an O2 phone for work. It's awful in every way shape and form!

I can spell the operator name and have been with them for a while. TBH, have found them brilliant, and with the deal I got on my last upgrade to a Blackberry will use them again and again.

I quite like Vodafone - certainly better customer service than Orange and 3. smile

I appreciate your frustration about the queuing, although that's hardly a phenomenon that's unique to Vodafone. It does help if you also have a business contract with them and can cheekily use that helpline.
