Hiya,

Just had a letter stating I can join GRRC. anybody offer any advice on whether it id GVFM.

Lie about an hour away, so travelling there isnt an issue, currently go twice a year maximum for FOS and revival.

is there anything else I should consider before deciding. Also membership is between £45 and £180 pa.

No explantaion what the options are in the letter???

Apologies. As this is Pistonheads i assumed that most people who had a valid and informative reply would know that GRRC stands for Goodwood Road Racing Club.

I understand the GRRC and the FFS. But what the hell does JNBTOIW mean, and I hope I never have to FAOD 'cos that has an exclamation mark next to it and I don't know what FAOD means! Does it hurt?confused

Personally, I like having the membership - the member areas are nice and paddock access at the Revival is great! If you are relly after VFM then the discount off the ticket prices means you could get the membership price back if you went to more than one day per event or went for grandstand tickets.
I know I don't make the most of the membership at the moment as I don't sign up for any of the extra events (which do look good, but costly - I might go for one of the track days next year though!)
I won the first year of membership from a prize draw at the Festival a few years back, but have renewed every year since!

GRRC is fking Great In My Book. You must Join Now Before The Offer Is Withdrawn, For fks Sake don't fk Around Or Delay

(sad that I remembered, sadder that you asked and even sadder that I've derailed the thread although that's the OP's fault for UATFSA) smile

Actually i neglected to go to Goodwood events. Posting in P&P is akin to opening the doors to the nuthouse.
