Looking for a few suggestions. I'm after a nice laptop bag, rather than the stty PC world thing I'm currently using as I commute daily and want something nice to carry around. I've had a look at Dunhill, Mont Blanc and Burberry, but nothing is setting my world on fire. Anyone suggest any other brands? I'm looking to spend around £300 - £400.

I was wondering round the Dunhill shop last month and they have some really nice bags for ~£400.

You people with money make me laugh! £400 for a laptop bag is obscene!

My work "laptop" only cost £500

Why would you spend that on something that will get knocked about on the train?

Style?

Why not stick with black, it goes with everything.

Perhaps I'm just getting jaded but "designer laptop bags"? FFS.

Vivienne Westwood - not strictly a laptop bag, but messenger style.

You'll spend £50 on a shirt that you'll wear maybe 10 times a year, and yet you won't spend £400 on something you will use EVERY SINGLE DAY?!

You live at home still and yet have a 50 inch TV in your bedroom. That is the definition of obscene.

Err, maybe because I want one. The same reason people buy expensive cars, watches, houses they don't 'need' but want.

My Laptop cost nearly £3k, and is essential for EVERYTHING I do.

Currently got a £80 Targus bag, but a nice leather one at ~£400 will be on the cards when I make some money.

How funny! I post something fairly reasonable, asking a simple enough question, and within 10 posts, insults are flying and a slanging match has ensued!

Same here, laptop is a work one, but I take it all over the place, commute daily etc. So i'd like to have a nice bag to carry it in. Same reason people pay £hundreds for designer frames for glasses, over optician own brand which are cheap and NHS which are free!

WTF!!?? Less than £40 on a shirt is cheap, £40-£60 is normal, over £60 and it better be really nice!
