Any good mortgage deals out there?

I will be looking to borrow 75%LTV & I realise many would think me daft but are there any good fixed term deals out there. I was expecting to see rates reduced by now from the last o.5% rate cut but they don't seem to have filtered down yet

The Gov seems to be quite keen on lending vast sums, could try them....
