I have just had a call from a firm of 'compensation enablers'.

They got my details from an 'online quotation service' that I used to compare the market for quotes for my new car.

Because I indicated on the quote details that I have no NCB as my car was written off, they wanted to assist me claim for personal injury compensation against the other driver.

What is this country coming to?

Can't you get them to sue the garage that knackered the ECU for "mental anguish" or such like?

Well sue the AA man for not providing enough proof, or the insurance company for not suing themselves ...hmmm...actually no, get them to sue you for owning the car. Agreed 'tis a farce!

The whole judicial system in this country is an ABSOLUTE JOKE!

you know there is something wrong when a trepasser can sue the land owner for having an accident on the land he should not even have been on in the first place (despite ample signs up around the perimeter saying dangers are on site'!!
