Things I must experience in Las Vegas?

I'm heading out there on 27/11 for 4 nights.

Currently I've booked the Stratosphere restaurant for Thanks-giving, a helicopter trip to the Grand Canyon and one over the strip at night.

I thought about catching a show, but I've only really heard of Cirque de Soleil. Is this the best one to see?

Also shopping? The Mrs will want to while it is still cheaper (just), any recommended places for that?

Go shopping at the mall down near fremont st, the one up the other end of the strip isn't as good.

Check out Caesars Palace and the Venetian for shopping.

The Gun Store is superb and somewhere you should really check out.

I saw 'O' when I was out there and it was pretty good.

Gun Store - try the big belt-fed GPMG, the H&K MP5 and the Desert Eagle 0.50 cal! Don't bother with the UZi or the AK47

Ka is a good show (Better than O)

Helicopter into Grand Canyon (or Plane to North Rim if you have more time)

Blue Man Group show is great. I love magic and there were some fine shows on when I visited.

Penn and Teller if you're into magic and if they're still on.

Get to the gun store and try the .50 cal Desert Eagle
We went to see KA at MGM, really enjoyed it. I'm not really into 'shows' but thought it was excellent, and the stage / set was amazing!
Plenty of shopping on the strip, Fashion Show mall, Forum Shops at Ceasars, Miracle Mile at Planet Hollywood etc.
Bellagio fountains (could watch these for hours!)

There is a restaraunt in Circus Circus Hotel which does THE best steak!
It was voted best in Vegas something like 5 years in a row IIRC.
Make sure you book in advance though, they get very busy!
p.s. I love Vegas, you lucky git!

Another vote for Ka - fantastic show. Blue Man show is utter pants comapred to CDS .

Will be out there at same time ....for work though
