The other day a me and a mate (also a PH regular) were in a kids shop looking for something for his lad for a present. We came across one of those packs of cars that has about 20 different models of cheapish Di-cast autos in them.

We then preceded to try and work out what car was what in the pack as they all loosely resembled a real life counterpart.

There were some quite obscure things in there from what i remember.

Does anyone else do this?

If you go in to somewhere like, say, mothercare - they do big multipacks of toy die-cast type cars.

In the packs, some of the cars will look recognisable - 911s, Corvettes, Plymouth Prowler, etc. - Some of them bear no resemblance to anything at all.

The game, if you will, is to try to work out what the cars are without resorting to looking at the bottom of the car through the shrinkwrap.

I've done it - and yes, it's sad smile
