Another Riddle (good one)

A man goes to the post office to mail a Snooker cue.
The guy behind the counter measures it and says,
"This cue is 1.3 Metres long, we only allow objects up to 1 Metre length to be sent".

The guy goes away, and returns in one hour with the same cue and gets it sent.

How does he do it?

I think you missed my post.

He returned with address repositioned, so the cue was now only 1" long but 1.3M wide.
