I sit here wondering when the mandatory tattoos are coming.
In a time when Obama has publically stated one of his goals is to close Offshore Tax loopholes and having Bermuda in his sights, when Re-Insurance comapnies are jittery and staffed pretty much by those expats you're looking to "ID", when your economy is pretty much fuelled by tax receipts from the very companies you're looking to ostracise - you have to think the lunatics are in fact running this asylum.
