Anyone bought tickets and not travelled yet? You might need to contact your credit card providers. See: http://www.speedferries.co.uk/

I bought my ferry tickets for Les Mans week with them a week ago.....

it means the company is being run by court appointed (effectively) qualified persons.

Is one step up from liquidation and occurse when there is a good chance that the business can be traded out of difficulty/ sold to pay off creditors. signifies that there is a clear case for financial viability.

doesn't guarantee anything apart from short term protection from ceditors.

can either be forced on a company, or more often the company calls the administrators in- and if the directors are clever they have a plan in place to get rid of debts, take some cash and then restart the company with an effective clean sweep!
