It's good, if a little light on gibbons.

The tour thing is a bit pants, just walk round - more interesting.

The bat exhibit smells somewhat like evil, but is a good laugh (i.e don't open the door and shun it instantly)

If you are going, please can you observe and explain the strange species of car wash / 24 hour hour coop / petrol station / very posh car garage just near the main entrance? Who buys a bently / ferrari / aston from a co-op???

Oh, and enjoy your day out, I have every time i've been!

yes. you can do both.

You don't need to ask anybody, just jump over onto an elephant and it will take you all round the park.

great fun.

Pay me a decent entry fee and I'll let you ride me. For hours.

ETA: I'll even throw in a 'rocket lolly' for free which you can have a good suck on.

went a few years back and was surprised how good it was. been meaning to go again as they have bears now.

you can't get in the cages but sometimes a keeper may get an audience member involved in the elephant pen. have seen someone help wash one.

the columbian spider monkeys are free to leave their cage but they either sit in a tree or mooch along a rope.

Ah well that'll do. If you have to think is it pay day or not. You probably will not want to pay to stay at the Grosvenor. wink

Ooooh.

Hotel break-ins are a problem in that corner of the world Penelope. -That's right.

Probably best to leave a camcorder running (looking across the room) -for insurance purposes.

Happy to analyse it later for any signs of entrances being tampered with.

And stuff.
