Fantastic. I always fancied trying something like that when I used to kayak.
It shouldn't be that difficult just fast. We did a similar thing once when we dragged our boats 150ft up a snow covered hilside. That was rather speedy as well!
Don't roll over and make sure you get through the stopper at the bottom and you'll be fine.

I'd imagine you'd need a decent amount of water going over the lip to avoid ripping the arse out of your boat and that stopper at the bottom was pretty evil if you don't manage to bounce over it.
