Help - ipod / itunes question

Was clearing up some space on a PC and accidentally deleted my itunes library! As it took years of dedicated (and not to say illegal) downloading to accumulate, it is a teeny bit inconvenient.

Question: if I synchronise my ipod (that still has all the library) with my PC, will the files be miraculously restored to the PC, or will the ipod also be wiped clean?

it'll be wiped clean

download copytrans (there are others but i dont know them by name) that will allow you to copy the ipod to the pc
