glasgow science centre tower, it rotates depending on which way the winds blowing. It had awful problems getting the bearing it rotates on to work properly and the lifts were crap, it works now though.


thats the spire on st michaels church in Linlithgow near edinburgh, the actual church is hundreds of years old and had a conventional spire but the building started to subside due to the weight so it was removed. For years it had no spire and then i think this was added in the 70's. Its aluminium and supposed to represent the crown of thorns. Its quite cool really.
