What do you do when you feel your going to self destruct? When you cant sit still, cant concentrate, cant make a very big decision, and feel everything is going belly up? If your on the verge of just screaming out loud at no-one?

If I had one of those stress balls right now I'm pretty sure I'd be able to crush it down to sufficient density to make a black hole...

No self gratification jokes please rolleyes

I go for a walk at my favourite spot and feed the ducks.

Ducks have personality and make me laugh - that helps me when I need a release.

As a consequence of the above I have also decided not to shoot ducks anymore.

Get down to your local arrive and drive Karting centre with a fist full of fivers and keep lapping until your arms feel like they're going to fall off.

I can sympathise with you right now. Pretty much feel the same.

I think I'll be heading into my garage tonight to bend some metal.

That sounds like a bit of a boring drive..
Just one of various loops I do in Surrey/Sussex/Kent which is ostensibly speed camera free, did that one on Saturday night. Its not the most enjoyable but there are a some good sections.
