Brilliant news. One wonders if this is part of the seventy gazillion giveaway. Maybe they could just create jobs for everybody out of the public purse. Probably cheaper than the existing farce.

Next morning he was in the job centre. Apparently you need an appointment before you can do anything, earliest they could do was Saturday. Do they want people in work?
He said the entire place was a farce, and most of the people in there looked like they wished they were dead. (I'm assuming he was talking about the staff after hearing his report)
Top top it off, the agencies wanted his birth certificate as ID. Seems his passport is not good enough, and they need a paper form of ID that anyone can request.... At least he's still looking, crap like that is hardly the motivation you need.
