It is making a strange noise, I don't know what it is, and I don't even know where to start to open it up.

Typical of the new breed of buyer. She has you by the balls because she can leave -ve FB for you and you can't respond in kind.

Don't be bullied. Stand firm and take the -FB on the chin. And then don't use eBay any more.

ETA: Clean out your Paypal account now, if you can, and cancel any direct debits you may have set up with your bank. Otherwise you'll lose your money and the machine.

I have to agree with you there.
I was given my tumble dryer as my mate thought it was knackered because it makes a horrible clunking noise as it goes round....it still works though.
T o me it looks like you are selling a tumble dryer that's making a noise but still works.

If I'm sellign something that doesn't work I always put THIS ISN'T WORKING in large, bold text at the bottom of the auction. This works most of the time.
