BA / Virgin refunds over 2006 fuel tax rigging

Has anyone applied and received back compensation for the fuel surcharge rigging by BA and Virgin between 2004 and 2006?

I filled out the claim form about 4 months ago but never heard anything back.

I'm owed about £150 so its worth chasing up.

I applied online about 6 months ago.
About 2 months later I received confirmation of my application through the post.
And an application form.

It went in the bin.

Yes i had the same, I filled in the application form and sent it back - that was about 4 months ago and i've heard nothing back.

I was never sent anything, and it slipped my mind. Is it too late to chase them up now?

Applications must be in by 31st Dec 2012 so i think you still have time.
