I've just had some scuzzer ruin all my auctions by clicking buy it now using a false account. I need to sort it out getting a refund.

I've looked on Ebay for a link but I'm stuck.

There is an Online Live help...

and a call centre but I think you need a certain amount of 'history' to access it.

but if you don't have much history they won't help.
