Getting a replacement rather than a repair. (Laptop problem)
Discussion
I'm just after a bit of advice. My laptop is playing up with a dodgy screen. (Flickering, turning itself off.)
It's less than 6 omths old and has been sent back for repair already, when Samsung replaced the screen.
I'm annoyed about this obviously and I would like the laptop replaced rather than repaired. They were very fast in getting it back to me when I sent it off last time, but I can't be bothered with all this hassle.
So, what rights do I have in this case? I know that you should given them a chance to repair, but in my eyes they've had that already.
I'm waiting for a call back from them and I'm expecting to have to have a bit of battle and I just want to be as prepared as possible.
Cheers in advance.
