ipod nano and compilations

why oh why can I not get album artwork for my compilations, its really getting on my wick now !

You know you can just google, and apply your own artwork....

ahh sounds interesting ! from the cd's, so proper ones ! so if i find the art work manually how do I put it on then?

Copy the artwork onto your clipboard by pressing control + C and then hit 'paste' in itunes....

Highlight all the tracks in the album (either serch for the album or whatever), then right click the tracks. Then just drag your artwork from the desktop into the artwork box...

Also, putting the album artist to "Various Artists" for all tracks helps itunes work it out.

I'll give it a go, still no joy as yet, am thinking it might be because its the new nano not the full fat pod. or just that I'm being a complete retard and can't figure it out cheers for the replies

When you have the tracks to an album, highlight them all, right click, and click get info... This will give you the ability to alter track names, albums, add them to compilations, and add artwork. It's a doddle once you know what you're doing.
