If you were to send a picture message to another mobile, from your own. Who else may have access to seeing it?

Tried to organise a surprise for someone, involved a picture message between 2 mobile phones and no more, but now surprise is spoilt as picture has been seen by someone else, unknown to us.

Do the folk working for the phone companies have access to such? How could this occur?

Getting nearer christmas, so have to start from scratch again now!

Any ideas on the scenario?

I work in that area for one of the major Telcos. I could log into the server and still wouldn't be able to see your picture.

Who was the someone else that saw it? Any other way they could have seen it? Did you send it to multiple recipients? Someone else see the pic on your/their handset?

Unless you've done something to invoke http://www.opsi.gov.uk/acts/acts2000/ukpga_2000002... then I'd suggest you check other people with access to either of the actual phones...

Two factors kick in to make the phone operator the least likely of the lot :-
1) The laws, regulations and technical security & restrictions are very high in these areas...
2) Do you have any idea just how many txt & picture messages get sent every day, nobody has the desire or time to look unless directed/required by RIPA (or employed at the locations that get access)
