speed zone AKA cannonball fever

has anybody ever seen cannonball fever, also known as speed zone i think...

i cannot find it anywhere on dvd - its by far the best of the cannonball series and absolutely hilarious.

yes i think it is actually. it begins with the red lambo outrunning a cop car and it then skims across a small lake...

In terms of being a worthy sequel, is it in the same league as "Smokey and the Bandit III: Destination Bargain Bin" or "Police Academy VIII: Straight to DVD"?

I've looked for it on DVD, but can't find it ANYWHERE, not even Region 1. Its a brilliant film, but better than the first two?? I don't think so
