Isnt it surely going to be significantly more toss than the previous two, if that is actually possible?

Haha

Watched this earlier today.

The film definitely makes me want an Audi S8.

It pretty much the same as the other two, not gunna win any oscars, but still an entertaining watch.

I tried the first one.

It stands alone as the only film I've rented that I've turned off, it was that st.

Wouldnt sell it just saying a worth a watch; if was going to sell then it would be Itchy The Killer, Old Boy, Battle Royale and so on which are much loved.

Granted I didnt watch it all the way through but to compare it, even in passing with Old Boy is a bit like comparing a Hyundai Getz with a Mclaren F1 on the basis they both have 4 wheels.

Wasn't comparing.

Was saying don't watch it critically; I have a wide experience of cinema independent, hollywood, foreign etc, with this type of film you shouldnt 'think too much' Just enjoy it for what it is- a worth a watch action flick.

p.s its more like a McLaren against a normal audi (lovely interior and passable drive) rather than a poor Hyundai Getz.

Dont get me wrong, I do love a good movie (as a distinctly different thing from a film), it just had nothing to redeem it.

Alright, perhaps I wasnt seeing the kitsch in it in a Plan 9 From Outer Space/Troma style but on all other measures, pants.

Talking of the B movie-tastic Mr Statham 'John Carpenters Ghosts of Mars' is just starting on Ch4. Any reviews?

Dont want to spoil, but as a normal example of the 'pistonhead element' aside from the cars:

A fight in a car workshop, one of the 'enemy' gang is under the raised up car when the red button is pushed on fast drop... biggrin

Can't believe Spielberg is remaking Old Boy with Will Smith as the main character!

Travesty!
