N95 "deep retrieval"?

May I take this opportuniy to rescind every positive comment Ive ever made about the Nokiia N95. THe one feature Ive found galactically pointless since I got it, has finally stabbed me in the back.
Life-blog - a record of every text (in or out) sent, every picture taken, every video captured, calendar entry etc etc, and stored for your convenience so that you can upload the whole lot to your PC and make sure the world and his wife knows every detail of you life on facespace.
Well not only do I not want to upload any of that, Id really rather my phone didnt remember of any of it either. So i decided to delete the contents of life blog. Should be easy enough, just Mark the items in the life blog application, and hit delete.
In fact I have since discovered, the items are in life blog via a link to their original location, not as seperate entries. SO i when I deleted them, I deleted everything. This is included pictures used for work, videos of my nephew and brother, holidays, friends birthdays and worst of all, the R1 from every different angle.
No explanations, no second chances, no "Are you sure?", just gone. The anger I felt was the kind of anger you have when youre really really angry, but you ultimately have only youself to blame. I just sat there, all quiet and sulky for a while.
Does ANYONE know if this stuff can be retrieved somehow? Cant find anything on google so far.

Unless you had indeed hooked it up to the computer first made a recover point, (sort of what you were not wanting to ever do by the sounds of it) I am afraid you have most liely lost it all.
You MAY be able to recover any very important items transmitted by contacting your service provider, but it is unlikely and normally requires exceptional circumstances and or involvement of the Authorities.

If recovering the data is really important you may be able to do so by taking the phone to a data recovery specialist but they tend to charge significant amounts of money for the service.
