any VETS out there please, puppy help needed

Any Vets please. I have an 8 week old miniture Yorkshire Terrier 2.lbs 5oz. She has had runny poo since Wednesday night. After the vets on Thursday for 1st jab, and without weighing her, the vet gave her worming/flee drops on her neck, even though I informed her that she had already been wormed by the recognised breader. The runny poo is very runny now, even watery, sorry if you are having your breakfast. Have given her charcoal biscuits, this just gives runny black poo. Any advice please. Getting worried now.

Get the dog back to a vets who will do some blood/urine work and try and diagnose whats wrong quickly: reason being, there has been a very virulent outbreak of Parvo in the South West, to the point that Bath Cats and Dogs home has been closed as a result.
Several dogs are currently suffering with it at my missus's clinic, and your symptoms seem similar.
I'm not a vet however, but I know when a vet needs poking again to sit up and take notice.

If you have'nt managed to get to a vets yet make sure it drinks plenty & has water available all the time. Diahreah causes massive dehydration which will compound any problems.
Having just had one of ours dogs suffer an accute sudden Addissons attack & nearly died I can assure you an urgent trip to the vets at anytime is well worth it. Ours is all fine & back to normal now allbeit on permanent medication.

Oil and Water, my wife is a vet so I'll ask her what she thinks.
My first suggestion would be to go back to the original vet and ask for X Rays to check for blockages/bowel obstructions.
2nd. Stool analysis, Blood and Urine analysis.
You pup sounds like its in the right age range for parvo which is very nasty( basically the dog sloughs its intestines = very smelly, very black, very runny discharge/poo)
Lastly check what you've been feeding the pup, also check any poisons, snail baits etc that it may have got into. Any vet worth their salt should have done the above at the outset but some are out of their depth.

Thank you all for the advice, she, Milly, is doing very well now, putting weight on and is now 3lbs 6oz. I have also changed vets, they are a little more sympathetic to smaller breeds of dogs at this new one. She has also discovered the flavour of fingers and toes, (this is being discouraged as it bl***y hurts.)
