went out for my usual sunday morning run in the chilterns ,got home bloody freezing ,wet through, enjoyed the bacon sarnies afterwards though

Forgot my gloves when walking the dogs this morning , noticed the cold pretty quickly as a result!

Our heating is a bit screwed at the mo. We've been told that for now it's better to have the heating on for longer but at a lower temp. Hopefully being sorted next week.

Up at 7.30 this morning to take my girlfriend to work.

Scraping the windscreen and side windows with a CD case as I had no De-Icer.

Not happy. I usually go to Thailand about this time in the year and really feeling the cold this year.

Drove over 'the Cabrach' (rural Aberdeenshire) yesterday at 6pm and the outside temp according to my car was -11C. Must have been -15C by 6am. It was -10C where I stay last night. It's not been above freezing here for 2 days. My other car has thick ice INSIDE the car...

Left the roof on the MX5 down in the garage, had to move it this morning to get something into the garage. On the drive for a couple of hours.

Come to drive it later. Ice on the inside of the screen...

The roof was too cold to put up (it's vinyl) to I just went for a drive with it down. Woke me up a bit.

Went for a hoon with the roof down at sub-zero temps last night, too.

On both occsaions, a cup of tea came to the rescue

I've just spent 45 minutes pottering round the garden and can now way its definitely effing cold out there.

it was 4.5degree's when I left for work at 9.30 and 4.5 degrees when I left work just before 1pm. Raining cold and bloody miserable!
