Warm Gloves?

OK daft question on the face of it but, when you're trying them on in the shop you don't really get a feel of warmth.

Suggestions on gloves that are as warm as possible whilst not making you look like you have the hands of a yeti and let you drive with decent feeling for the wheel etc?

Only thin but they're nice and toasty

Buy a pair of cold weather golf gloves.
They are thin enough to feel the wheel, and often have an anti-slip surface on the palm and fingers to grip the wheel well - oh, and they dont cost much

Maplins are doing some electrically heated gloves for about £20. Id say thats a accident waiting to happen.

I'd originally bought them for summer track days when my hands get sweaty, however they are brilliant for winter mornings when my 'knob' is cold.
