Calling any Rayburn / Aga experts.........

Really long shot, but here goes......

I have an oil fired 480K that makes a strange rattling / buzzing / squeeking noise when the boiler comes on when it is hot (the noise is kind of coming from the bottom of the boiler area. It has only just started doing this, despite being serviced in August time.

Is there anyone who can diagnose this given my hugely accurate descriptoion of the issue above?!

poss the blow off valve? (by no means am i an expert on this so please dont go by what i say, just an idea!!)
