Never buy yourself a really nice Tempur mattress if you have kids. Never, ever, buy yourself a really nice mattress because once in a while your kids will become ill, as they invariably do.

I now have one bed that's wet, one that's covered in puke and I also puke all over their bedroom carpet too. And all this from one child

And do you know the worst of i,t now I've calmed down I actually feel sorry for the poor mite as she feels really guilty.

That's a pathetic reason to start smoking again. This morning I trod in cold dog sick lying in a pool on the kitchen floor. Did i start smoking again? No. Get a grip. I gave up three years ago and it's easy.

Anyway, I've washed, disinfected and scrubbed for the last hour and a half. I think I've solved all the problems, I've just got nowhere to bloody sleep tonight

Sounds totally understandable.

I've recently packed up the smokes too (for about the 4th time of trying spread over two years)

I think youve got the right idea - might as well have a few now, then quit again when you feel like its the right time.

I found after I proved I could do a whole day without 1, then 2 days without one - that soon grew to a week - then I found I didnt fold and start again when incidents like this cropped up.

Never quit quitting!

It's wet anyway so I thought I might as well disinfect it then move onto the drying out operation.

How dare you suggest that I, Andrew J Zarse, am too weak willed to give up the weed.

To be honest, I've got to the point where I can have a few if the occasion calls for it, you know the proverbial cigar at Xmas and that kind of thing. That was saturday night and I've not even given smoking a second thought until I saw this thread. All I know is that I'll never be a regular smoker again.
