Ebay - Now the seller has been kicked off ebay

So now what can i do, i have paid via stpal. The seller had very good feedback and has been trading for a very long time.
Am i likley to get my item?
Emailed him but yet no reply

They'll probably refund you the money anyway and chase the seller for it. A closed account means nothing to them as I know to my cost. I'd closed my PP account but they still subsequently refunded to a buyer who complained but who to date still hasn't returned the goods.

He may have just been suspended, if he has good feedback you're probably ok. They suspend accounts willy nilly it seems.

Just do what the email says and wait.

sold my 8600 nokia vaia ebay the other day, gentleman names ahmaad in blackburn was the winner - not heard anything from him since sending the invoice (alarm bells when you see he has only ever bought one item before!)

I had a similar issue with ebay a few months ago, but the seller came good in the end. Ebay were worse than useless.
