Small form factor DVD player required. Any advice?

Maybe one for Plotloss, but I'm in need of a small form factor (by that I mean width, circa 300mm) DVD player to replace my SONY DVPNS76 which isn't going to fit into the new location.

I could just switch to using the PS3 full time for DVD viewing but it doesn't do R1 discs. Which is a pain.

So, any advice on a suitable player? Needs to be multi region, have HDMI ideally, upscaling would be nice, prefer co-ax digital out over optical.

We have a very small Toshiba in a cupboard in the kitchen. Don't remember the model number.

Couple of options, neither of which hit your entire spec.

There is a Teac which is about double your budget and there is a Sony which is well under budget, has digital coaxial out but only RGB SCART not HDMI

I shall investigate a more suitable new home for the existing.
