Cold cures

Morning All,

I have severe life threatening man flu and I'm looking for some cures, they don't even really have to work as long as they make me feel good.

Dont take anything, eat loads and drink loads of non booze drinks.
Hot bath and get sweaty, before bed.

Beechams Flu Plus - the liquid NOT the fancy capulets or tablets or dissolvable drinks - Just the medicine. It will make you much better feeling.

I have not been ill for years, not even a cold. Looks like I had been storing up my credits for an all-assault assault on my immune system. I have been in bed for two days. Every bone in my body aches, my head hurts, I have a really dry and throat rasping cough and I have lost my voice. I am either too cold and physically not able to stop shivering, or I am burning up - with sweat literally pooring off me. I know I am not well because I can not even muster the energy to browse some dirty websites.

I honestly feel dreadful and it took all my energy to simply walk downstairs and get a can of coke from the fridge.

Lady B.J.W took my temperature this morning - neither of us got any sleep last night and she was genuinely concerned about me.

Temp reading was effing 36.2. Her response, I have man flu and I can't be that unwell, because I can still work on my lap top and still post on PH.

Beechams all in one liquid is great. Also, it only has 500mg of paracetemol per dose so i take an extra single paracetemol tablet alongside it for a super knock out blow.......

Cold cures do not exist,only the symptoms can be delt with.Time is your cure

I've just had a bombay bad boy pot noodle and 2 paracetomol.

I too have entered the arena of the "unwell" currently in bed with chest and sinus infection.
