Some little scrote with an airgun who's parents need to be neutered. ... This is where a return to borstals is needed. However, before people start getting rose tinted, people being shot at with airguns isn't new, and has been gong on since they were invented. It is a disgrace how things like this no longer make the main headlines these days. A few years ago that would have been a massive story.
